2009 WCC Men's and Women's Basketball Championship page

SAN BRUNO, Calif. - In an effort to assist fans with questions regarding the 2009 West Coast Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Championships, the WCC has launched its 2009 Basketball Championship Central page. The page includes information on tickets, the Official WCC Fan Hotel, tournament formats, schedules, and travel information. The WCC will announce a public on-sale date for tickets later this month. Fans can access the page by logging on to the WCC's official website, wccsports.com, and clicking on the 2009 WCC Tournament logo.

For the first time in league history, the conference's premier event will be held at a neutral site as the WCC Men's and Women's Basketball Championships head to the bright lights of Las Vegas and the Orleans Arena in 2009 as 16 teams battle for two chances to "Advance to the Dance". The 2009 basketball championships will be the 23rd annual event on the men's side and the 17th annual women's tournament, and will take place March 6-9, 2009.
