Loyola Marymount, Santa Clara, and Pepperdine each received bids to the Women's NIT, it was announced on Sunday night. LMU will play its first round game at home, while SCU and Pepperdine open on the road. All first round games will be played from March 14-16.

Loyola Marymount (21-8) has a first round home game with the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (17-7). The winner will face either Oklahoma State or North Texas. Santa Clara (20-7) travels to the islands of Hawaii to take on the Wahine (21-6), with the winner earning the right to face the BYU/Oregon State winner. Pepperdine (20-10) pays a visit to Arizona (19-11), with the winner of that game playing the winner of Houston/New Mexico.
